According to the document, the coverage rate of the food quality security inspection and supervision system should be above 60 percent, and the quality grain rate in major grain-producing counties should increase to 30 percent.
In addition, there will be 100 demonstration grain-producing counties, 1,000 demonstration agricultural enterprises or rural cooperatives, 10,000 demonstration agricultural product stores and a batch of famous grain product brands established.
