One of the first Macao government-recommended entrants to Guangdong-Macao Cooperation Industrial Park began operations on June 27. The Hengqin DHC Logistics Centre offers one-stop logistics and storage services at room, constant, and frozen temperatures; seamless cold chain logistics; food processing; and delivery services throughout the Greater Bay Area.
In addition, DCH is engaged in motor vehicle sales and repairs, air cargo equipment distribution, and airport ground support maintenance. Covering 25,000 sq m (6 acres) on West Ring (Huandao) Road, the center has 54,000 sq m (13 acres) of floorspace. It was built by Dah Chong Hong Macau Total Supply Chain Management Co at a cost of 250 million yuan ($36 million).

Hengqin was earlier approved by the General Administration of Customs to implement customs control over bond operations. This applies to commodities imported into the area for circulation instead of consumption.
Now the center may engage in bonded storage and logistics distribution of food, daily necessities, and other consumer goods, taking in the spillover and transfer of the logistics industries of Hong Kong and Macao.
Edmund Ho Hau Wah, vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); Fernando Chui Sai-on, chief executive of the Macao SAR; Fu Ziying, director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao SAR; and Zhuhai Mayor Yao Yisheng attended the opening ceremony.
