Inner Mongolia potatoes exhibited at China Potato Expo

A total of 36 enterprises from North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region exhibited their potato products in the 10th China Potato Expo at the National Agriculture Exhibition Center in Beijing from June 27 to 28.

The two-day expo attracted over 200 exhibitors from more than 20 major potato producing provinces and municipalities in China, as well as from more than a dozen countries such as Peru, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

The exhibition area of Inner Mongolia covers an area of 500 square meters. It showed potato cultivation, production and processing in the form of pictures, models and objects. At the same time, different varieties of potatoes and potato products were also displayed. A renowned farmer of potato cultivation in Ulaanqab was invited as the spokesperson for this expo.

During the expo, Ulaanqab, a city of the region, held its special promotional conference. Due to the renowned brands influences of "Potato Capital of China"and "Ulaanqab potato", the promotional activity attracted a large number of renowned domestic and international enterprises. Finally, a total of six contracts were signed at the conference.

The conference demonstrated Ulaanqab's potato industry to both domestic and international enterprises, further expanding the popularity and reputation of Ulaanqab potatoes, and enhancing its market competitiveness.

At the same time, the expo also held special seminars on potato production and processing technology, and carried out live streams on the topics of smart agriculture and potato industry development, potato brand building, potato industrialization and poverty alleviation, potato variety innovation and consumption development.

In addition, a variety of activities and booths of potato delicacies were also held and set during the expo, attracting a large number of visitors to visit and taste.
