Guizhou strives to optimize business environment

The Guizhou provincial government recently released work programs to accelerate the construction of a market-oriented, legalized, and internationalized business environment for companies.

The programs cover the areas of company establishment, property registration, credit application, government services, market supervision, as well as protection of the rights and interests of small and medium-sized investors.

According to the programs, all the involved government departments should simplify procedures, saving time and reducing costs for companies in Guizhou.

The government should also take domestic areas with advanced business environment for reference, as well as enhance the training guidance to promote business environment optimization at all levels.

The programs require the government to entrust a third party to arrange an assessment by the end of every year to evaluate the construction of the business environment and praise or hold responsible the units or individuals based on their implementation of the business environment optimizing work.
