The Bai Yunzhang steamed stuffed bun is no second to the Goubuli steamed stuffed bun, which was founded in Tianjin in 1858 and is one of China's longest established brands. The two tied for first place at a national food rating event in 1958.
The Bai Yunzhang steamed stuffed bun was named the high-quality brand-name flavor food of Hebei province in 1980.
