Experts provide solutions for SOE development

The High-Quality Enterprise Development Techniques Forum, a parallel forum of the 2019 China (Liaoning) SOE Cooperation and Development Forum, is held in Shenyang, capital of Northeast China’s Liaoning province, on June 17. The forum serves as a platform for discussion on the new development trajectory of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in the current economic situation.
