Premier Li Keqiang will attend the Summer Davos Forum in Dalian from July 1 to 2, Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang announced on Tuesday.
Li will attend the opening ceremony, deliver a speech, and meet the forum's executive chairman Klaus Schwab, as well as foreign leaders attending the forum.
Li also will have talks with delegates from business, finance, think tanks and the news media.
The forum will attract about 1,900 delegates from more than 100 countries, Geng said.
