Nantong promotes tourism in Hong Kong

A tourism promotional event for the eastern city of Nantong was held at the 33rd International Travel Expo (ITE) Hong Kong in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from June 13 to 16.

A variety of videos, talks and PPT presentations took place with the aim of introducing Nantong’s rich tourism resources to Hong Kong residents, including the beautiful natural scenery, profound history and culture, intangible cultural heritage items and mouthwatering food.

The Nantong delegation also handed out more than 4,600 tourism pamphlets to visitors and spoke to more than 50 travel agencies, media and exhibitors to discuss cooperation.

According to authorities, more than 680 exhibitors from 57 countries and regions particiapted in this year’s ITE Hong Kong. The four-day event also attracted more than 100,000 visitors.
