An art exhibition to mark the 70th anniversary of establishment of China-Russia diplomatic relationship was unveiled in Harbin, Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, on June 16.
The exhibition, as a platform to boost cultural and art exchanges between China and Russia, is free open to the public until Oct 15.
The exhibition features 300 oil paintings and 50 sculptures created by eight world-renowned artists from Russia.
Meanwhile, the exhibition was designed by Russian art masters, including Kovalicuk Andrei Nikolaevich, chairman of the Russian Artists Association, Russian artists Alexei Nikolaevich Sukhovitzky and Popov Vidaly Borisovich, and Russian meritorious artist Blodorf Nikola Vladimirovich.
The exhibition not only gives visitors an opportunity to admire authentic Russian oil paintings, but also learn about the beautiful landscapes and profound culture through the art works.
