Luo Huining, Party chief of Shanxi province, met Martin Raiser, the World Bank's new Country Director for China and Mongolia and Director for Korea, in Beijing on June 16.
Luo talked about Shanxi province's pilot comprehensive reforms in energy revolution and praised the World Bank's desire to take part in the reform.
Martin Raiser said that the pilot reforms in Shanxi province would guide other regions in China in energy revolution and the World Bank was willing to offer policy-oriented, long-term and low-interest loans.
The two sides discussed was to expand innovation cooperation based on the development policy operations of the World Bank.
