Jinan hosts international medical care industry expo

The 2019 China International Medical Care Industry Expo (Shandong) and Medical Care High-level Summit kicked off in Jinan, eastern Shandong province on June 16 and runs until June 18.

The expo, with an area of 10,000 square meters, set up more than 400 stalls to with international standard and is welcoming more than 200 companies from 10 countries and regions including Australia, South Korea, Poland, Malaysia, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Exhibitors are showcasing the latest achievements in the fields of medical services, traditional Chinese medicine, medical equipment, health finance, sports, education, food and tourism, as well as biopharmaceuticals.

The Shandong medical care smart services platform and Shandong medical care visualization data platform were also launched at the expo.

The three-day event is expected to see a series of medical projects launched to fuel the sector's development in Jinan.

Chinese medical care equipment manufacturers have leaped to the forefront of global intelligent medical equipment manufacturing and they are displaying some of the latest technologies at the expo.

In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has been attracting more and more attention from all over the world. Organizers said that in the expo, some leading Chinese medicine companies – such as China Liangtse – are showing the essence of Chinese cutting-edge corporate culture.
