Jinsi Grand Canyon, Shangluo

Jinsi Grand Canyon lies southeast of Shangnan county, Shangluo city, Northwest China's Shaanxi province. It is situated in the middle reach of the Danjiang River in the Hanjiang River system of the Yangtze River Basin. Jinsi Grand Canyon boasts more than 100 scenic spots, of which five of the better known ones are Bailong Canyon, Heilong Canyon, Qinglong Canyon, Shiyanzhai and the Danjiang River estuary.

Jinsi Grand Canyon, a rare narrow gorge geological structure, has a total length of 20.5 kilometers and a depth of more than 10 km. Renowned for its narrow and steep valleys, stunning and beautiful landscapes, and well-preserved ecological environment, Jinsi Grand Canyon is open for recreation and sightseeing all year long.

Free Tickets:

① Children below 7 years old or below 1.2 meters;

② Active servicemen (including retired army officers), disabled persons, Taoist priests, Buddhists, those aged 65 or above with valid certificate.

Half Price:

① Minors aged 7 to 18;

② Full-time university bachelor or junior degrees with registered student ID card;

③ Teenagers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan with valid certificate can enjoy the same discount as mainland teenagers.

Note:

1. The tickets for the ropeway cost 50 yuan for one-way and 80 yuan for round-trip.

2. The weather on the mountain is changeable, so prepare spare clothes.

3. Smoking is forbidden in the park.

4. Please only take tour vehicles legally qualified to operate there to avoid accidents.
