Guizhou unveils research center for big data policies and laws

A research center for big data policies and laws, co-established by the Cyberspace Affairs Office of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, Big Data Development Administration of Guizhou Province, Guizhou Law Society, and Guizhou Academy of Social Sciences, was recently unveiled.

The center will serve as the platform for the academic teams of legal research on big data policies in Guizhou province, aiming to become a think tank for the policies and laws regarding internet and big data application.

During the 2019 Big Data Expo, which was held in Guiyang from May 26 to 29, eight experts from the center read the congratulatory letter sent from Chinese President Xi Jinping, which was also published in Guizhou Daily to inspire the future work of big data development from different angles.

The center strives to carry out the construction and innovation of a big data think tank to provide more results and references for Guizhou's big data industry.
