Suzhou offers high-level talents all-in-one services

An all-in-one service center dedicated to high-caliber talents working in Suzhou, Jiangsu province opened on April 2, 2018.

The center, an open window to provide a package of practical services for high-level talents, integrates all talent-related services from 14 government functional departments.

The first batch of services included 26 items, such as high-level talents application services and implementation of special treatments. Among them, four items were directly authorized to be dealt with at the center; five required a reservation in advance; eight were commissioned items; and nine were query items.

Detailed services:
These include confirming qualification for gusu high-talent cards, overseas high-level talents residence permits, professional and technical qualifications, international professional qualifications, proof of identity of returned overseas students, and related services.

Special treatments for foreign talents in work, residence, and exist and entry permits, permanent residence, children's schooling, medical and healthcare and public accumulation funds are also dealt with at the center, as are entrepreneurship services in the areas of business, tax, finance, and customs and query services about various preferential policies and measures.

In addition, a series of regulations have been put forward to ensure provision of the best services.
