The 2018-2019 China Drift Championship (CDC) kicked off in Xiamen, East China's Fujian province on May 28, and is set to close on June 2.
The competition includes both the 2018 CDC finale and the 2019 season opener.
Nearly 70 top drifting drivers of 22 professional drifting teams from countries including Japan, New Zealand, and Morocco, as well as Chinese provinces such as Guangdong, Sichuan and Henan will take part in the competition.
CDC is a national first-class event approved by the General Administration of Sport of China and China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation. The event has been held in more than 20 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Wuhan and Yunnan since 2010.
