Railway Station:
Zhangzhou Railway Station
Zhangzhou Railway Station, first constructed in 1956, was relocated and put into operation in June 2012.
The station covers a total area of 67,581 square meters and has three platforms with 14 railways. It is situated at the junction of Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway and Longyan-Xiamen Railway.
The station used modern architecture to showcase the charm of traditional houses in Fujian, such as applying arcade, dovetail ridge and deep overhangs.
Travelers who can’t provide an identity card for checking can apply for a temporary identity certificate at a specific window set up by the railway police at the station starting from September 2018.
Four fast entrances applying facial recognition were put into operation in January 2019, allowing passengers with valid second-generation resident identity cards to enter the station through these self-service entrances.
A visitor center was also set up in the station to offer services for those travelling in Zhangzhou.
People can go to Zhangzhou Railway Station via a total of 11 bus routes and 270 parking spaces available in the station.

Zhangzhou Coach Center
Zhangzhou Coach Center, built in September 2005, is expected to undertake the passenger flow of 10,000 people per day.
The station covers a total area of 40.2 mu (2.68 hectares) and has a building area of 14,900 sq m. It has 22 standard departure spaces for coaches and has a waiting hall of 1,500 sq m which can hold more than 2,000 passengers.
The station runs both short-distance and long-distance routes and its destinations include Zhangpu, Hua’an, Shaxi, Hainan, Zhuhai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Changsha.

Zhangzhou South Coach Center
The construction of Zhangzhou South Coach Center started in September 2015 and the station was designed to cover an area of 68,734 sq m, being the largest of its kind in Zhangzhou.
The station is located in the west of Zhangzhou Railway Station and the overall investment of the station reached about 356 million yuan ($51.51 million).
Zhangzhou South Coach Center has not been put into operation by the end of May 2019.
Public bus:
At present there are over 190 bus routes in Zhangzhou, including 38 night routes. The bus fares range from 1 yuan to 15 yuan.
People can now use mobile payment to pay for the bus fares, such as Huawei Pay, Apple Pay, Unionpay mobile payment and Alipay.
