Tian'an Success to build industrial-city community in Xiangzhou

A cooperation agreement was signed between Shenzhen Tian'an Success and the Xiangzhou government on May 22 to build a demonstrative industrial-city community in the district.

An industrial-city community refers to a spatial design concept that highlights the correlation between people and industries. It is meant to address the uneven distribution of resources in urbanization by establishing an industrial ecosystem that effectively integrates industrial clusters with scientific and technological, talent, financial, and commercial resources.

The signing ceremony between Shenzhen Tian'an Success and Xiangzhou government is held on May 22. 

Liu Qiying, head of the district, pledged full support to help the project settle in Xiangzhou as soon as possible, which is expected to bring new vitality to the local economy.

For its part, Shenzhen Tian'an Success will spare no effort to advance Xiangzhou's urban functional planning and construction with its new-type of industrial-city community, said Hu Aimin, president of the company.
