Officials reported that at end of April construction work had resumed on 53 key projects in Qingshan district, Baotou, in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region -- with a total of 2.79 billion yuan ($404 million) invested so far -- according to a May 24 report in the Baotou Daily.
A total of 70 key projects in the district, worth more than 100 million yuan each, are to be developed in 2019.
Officials said the total investment will hit 45.45 billion yuan. The planned investment for this year is 10.42 billion yuan.
