Worldwide Wuxi entrepreneurs discuss city development

A total of 18 projects were signed during this year's conference, amounting to 41.293 billion yuan ($5.975 billion), including the intelligent warehouse system of Hodo Group, the construction of the second phase of Xiaolou Lane historical cultural block and the Tian'an intelligent health park project.

Wuxi Federation of Industry and Commerce released a new platform to provide enterprises with convenient and efficient government service. It is supported by Huawei Technologies.

This year's conference also featured an evening of entertainment. Performed by a number of artists, a show made up of representatives from local culture included songs, dances and erhu performances.

A 4D holographic multimedia dance show named "Back to Wuxi" opened the night. The dance moves seemed to blend into the screen thanks to the digital holographic technology used in the show.

The evening ended with all of the participants joining in lustily for a chorus of "Ode to the Motherland" to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China.
