During the Intelligent Government Affairs Forum of the third World Intelligence Congress held in Tianjin on May 15, Guizhou's efforts in government service innovation caught the attention of attendees.
In recent years, Guizhou has made innovations in providing convenient government services for its citizens by building an online service platform covering 3,602 government departments, 1,525 towns and townships, and 17,167 villages.
With the platform, 107,000 government staff members can provide 538,000 government services online.
To date, 95.03 percent of the government services are available on the provincial level platform, and 68.6 percent have been used by people.
According to the online government service ability assessment of provinces and major cities released by the State Council, Guizhou ranks third in the country in China after Guangdong and Jiangsu, and ties with Zhejiang.
