Inner Mongolia issues 5.65m yuan in tourism coupons

According to local media reports, Inner Mongolian authorities have issued over 162,000 free tickets, coupons, and vouchers valued at 5.65 million yuan ($815,900) for scenic attractions throughout the region to welcome China Tourism Day on May 19.

China Tourism Day has become a promotional exhibition day meant to boost the integration of culture and tourism. All leagues and cities throughout the region have implemented a number of preferential measures according to their own unique circumstances.

This year, Inner Mongolia's China Tourism Day sub-venue activities were held in Arxan, Hinggan League. A total of 12 cultural tourism activities were held.
