Guiyang cooperates with nation's leading IT company

The Guizhou government and Inspur Group, one of the leading IT companies with strong comprehensive strength in China, reached an agreement to build a big data industrial park in Guiyang on May 14.

Sun Zhigang, secretary of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, said that Guizhou has achieved optimistic development in the implementation of poverty alleviation, big data, and ecological environment strategies.

Guizhou will enhance the supports for high-tech companies such as Inspur to achieve mutual benefits, and make big data an engine to social economy development.

Sun Pishu, chairman of Inspur, confirmed that Inspur will increase the investment and expand the industrial scale to participate in Guizhou's big data development, and help with economic transformation and upgrading in the province.

According to the agreement, Inspur will cooperate with Guizhou on the big data industry, smart government affairs, smart livelihood services, smart health, and digital finance.
