The logistics center, invested by the Argentina-based Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, is Qinzhou's first South American multinational corporation and it will be settled in the Qinzhou Free Trade Port Area. Characteristic commodities such as meat, seafood, soybeans, red wine, and wood will be imported to Qinzhou Port before they are distributed to the whole country and to ASEAN countries. In addition, the center will serve as a transshipment hub to export Chinese goods to South American regions, enabling China to actively engage in international trade and business.

Qinzhou, a hub city along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, has unique advantages due to its location and transportation services. In recent years, the city has consistently made efforts to create a more stable, fair, and better business environment for foreign investors. It also opened a green channel and has provided one-stop services to those foreign enterprises that are willing to settle in Qinzhou, achieving a fast and convenient business registration process that takes three hours.
