Ulaanqab holds promotional conference in Xi’an

Ulaanqab, a city in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, held a promotional conference on May 9 to attract investment and seek more cooperation in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province.

Ulaanqab authorities and dozens of Xi'an enterprises participated in the meeting.

Wang Xinyu, vice-mayor of Xi'an, said that over the years, Xi'an and Ulaanqab have established a solid foundation for cooperation. The Belt and Road Initiative provides a rare opportunity for the two cities to cooperate in building the Silk Road Economic Belt and accelerate opening up to northern countries.

In recent years, Ulaanqab has obtained a leading position in the domestic big data industry due to its advantageous location. The development of its logistics industry has also accelerated, and its tourism industry maintains a steady growth rate.

Ulaanqab is full of opportunities and encourages more Xi’an and Shaanxi entrepreneurs to invest in the city. The city plans to create an attractive business environment and provide incentives to those who invest there.
