A project to match graduate skills with market demands was initiated at Heilongjiang International University on May 8.
The project was started by University of Lincoln and Heilongjiang International University, and another 10 universities, including Federal University of Pernambuco in Brazil, Budapest Business School, and Penang University College in Malaysia, are participating in the endeavor.
Universities will research international market demands and analyze graduate employment data in order to offer advice on curriculum adjustment and skills development. The goal is to improve employability and career prospects for university graduates.
