As the first such facility in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the center handles applications of opening access to power supply and organizes exhibition on energy and is home to intelligent devices that help users to access electricity.
In addition to business handling, people can experience a variety of new energy and smart city applications in the center.
Different from traditional business halls, the center reduces the original eight business windows to three, allowing more service personnel to provide the customer with direct personalized service, instead of sitting behind the counter.
A full-service intelligent terminal EFM, independently developed by the China Southern Power Grid Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau, can provide business service. It can complete all business processing online automatically.
If customers encounter any problems during the operation, they can connect with service staff through real-time video conversations.
The Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau has optimized 38 business functions and made them available online. In the Internet service experience area, customers can enjoy one stop service on a single terminal.

Users can also learn the latest information of electric vehicles and charging piles through the driving experience of electric vehicles. Besides, through an electromagnetic kitchen in a “smart home” at the center, they can feel the convenience brought by new energy.
The person in charge of the marketing at the bureau said,"In the process of transformation and upgrading of our experience center, the priority is to meet the demand of Nansha’s development featuring regional characteristics."
