Representatives of Xiangzhou enterprises, including Gree Electric Appliances, Titans New Power, and Bojay Electronics, visited nine vocational schools outside of Guangdong province recently to seek closer cooperation in talent cultivation.

Gree Electric Appliances signed cooperation agreements with Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College, Xiangtan Technician Colleges, Hunan Electrical College of Technology, Hunan Biological & Electromechanical Polytechnic, and Hunan Vocational College of Science & Technology. Titans New Power and Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College also inked deals.

Each school will send 100 technical talents to their partner companies annually for internships. The two parties also have plans to launch joint classes and establish long-term recruitment mechanisms.
In the future, key enterprises in Xiangzhou District will visit vocational schools in Henan Province and Northeast China to enhance exchanges and cooperation.
