Workers are busy at the construction site for "The Eye of Hohhot" cultural center in the capital city of Inner Mongolia autonomous region on April 25. The facility started construction on Sept 3, 2017 and received a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan ($34.16 million). It aims to be a new cultural landmark in the city.
