Shanxi cliff village sees spring snow

Wanghuagou village, a cliff village on Luya Mountain in Ningwu county, Xinzhou, Shanxi province is covered in snow, April 27. The village is built atop cliffs hundreds of meters high, making it look as if it's floating in the air when viewed from a distance. Most houses in the village are made of stone and wood and are around 200 years old. The only road to the village is a narrow footpath paved with round logs winding over the cliffs.
