According to local media reports, the job fair aims to promote the employment of laid-off or otherwise unemployed laborers, farmers, herdsmen, college graduates with difficult family backgrounds, and other disadvantaged groups throughout the region.
The job fair will also include exhibition areas for enterprises, innovation and entrepreneurship projects, new technologies, talent evaluation, etc. Entrepreneurship mentors, investment companies, and entrepreneurship incubators will be invited to provide patent application services, zero-cost entrepreneurship project franchise services, bank loans, and more.
Some social organizations will hold on-site service activities for employment and entrepreneurship projects.
Fair organizers will cooperate with online recruitment platforms and use big data to analyze employment demands, helping employers find suitable employees and helping jobseekers find their ideal position.
