Fuyang district in Hangzhou, in East China's Zhejiang province, promoted its culture and tourism in Changchun, capital city of Northeast China's Jilin province, on April 22.
Representatives from the Fuyang government, Fuyang culture, radio, television, the tourism and sports bureau, and some companies in the tourism sector staged promotions at the event.
More than 50 representatives from travel agencies and the media industry in Changchun participated in the activity.
Fuyang district, located in the southwestern part of Hangzhou, was known as Fuchun in ancient times. The Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains (or Fu Chun Shan Ju Tu), a painting masterpiece from the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), represented the beauty of the place.
Promotional videos were played during the event, highlighting its tourism resources, natural landscape, and the unique culture of Fuyang district.
Representatives of both sides signed agreements following the promotion, to strengthen their cooperation in the tourism sector.
