Shanxi robot firm conquers at industrial internet contest

Shanxi JiaShiDa Robot Technology Co recently won first prize in the hard-fought international finals of the industrial internet and intelligent manufacturing competition, at the Global Industrial Internet Conference held in Wuzhen, in Zhejiang province.

The company vanquished 59 industrial internet innovation finalist projects in April who came from 12 legs of the competition held around the world -- including the Australian, Japanese, German and United States legs – which were staged between January and March – to win a bonus of 100,000 yuan ($14,886).

Founded in August 2012, Shanxi JiaShiDa Robot Technology is the first robot company in Shanxi province and a domestic pioneer in the competitive field of household robots.

It exhibited its window cleaning robots and vacuum-mop robots at the Global Industrial Internet Conference, which attracted some 800 research institutes and companies from home and abroad to discuss and showcase trends and the latest achievements in the industrial internet sector.
