Useful information for foreign-invested enterprises in Ordos

For foreign-invested enterprises based in Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, detailed information for their establishment and any changes of business scope, equity and board members is as follows.

Application acceptance requirement: holding authorized articles of incorporation

Material receiving authority: Ordos Commerce Bureau 

Procedures: material submitting – review and approval – further approval by Inner Mongolia Commerce Department 

Materials needed:

1. Application for establishment of a foreign-invested enterprise

2. Project application reports and approval documents

3. Contracts and articles of association signed by legal representatives of all parties involved in a joint venture (sole proprietorships only needing to submit the articles of association)

4. List of chairman, vice-chairmen, directors and their appointments of all parties involved in the joint venture

5. Valid certificates of registration, assets and legal representatives of all parties involved in the joint venture

6. Pre-approval notice of the enterprise name

7. Projects involving State-owned assets need to submit State-owned assets assessment and filing documents

8. Other files required by approval authorities (such as environment assessment)
