Shandong University of Finance and Economics

Shandong University of Finance and Economics is the result from a merger of two second-tier universities in 2011 – Shandong University of Finance and Shandong Economic University, which date back to 1952.

Having finance and economics as its mainstays, the institution is the biggest such university in China. Also teaching literature, law, science and engineering, it has 24 schools, with 60 majors for bachelor degrees.

To date, the university has five campuses around Jinan city, covering a total area of 4,064 mu (270.93 hectares).

It has established inter-school exchange and cooperation relations with more than 60 colleges and universities in the United States, England, Canada, New Zealand, France, Japan and other countries. It is also one of the founders of the Association of Sino-Russian Economic Universities and a member of the Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools.
