Jinan's first 24-hour integrated exit-entry self-service hall was put into use on April 1, after one-month's trial operation.

The self-service hall at the Exit and Entry Reception Hall of Jinan Public Security Bureau provides applicants with three services, namely, tourist visas for travel to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, entry and exit certificates, and exit-entry record inquiries.

During one-month trial operation, 328 tourist visas for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan were handled, 256 entry and exit certificates were issued, and 12 entry and exit records were checked.

Tips:

To obtain entry and exit certificates, applicants must have the receipt of their application and a valid identity card. Applicants can get ordinary passports and electronic entry permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

When inquiring about entry and exit records, applicants must be at least 16 years of age and hold a valid identity card. Enquiries about entry and exit records cannot be entrusted to others.

Outside office hours, applicants need to bring their identify cards to pass the portrait identification to enter the hall.
