Airlines add summer flights in Hohhot

A promotional conference for the summer aviation season of Hohhot Baita International Airport was held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region on April 2.

According to the conference, the summer season starts on March 31 this year and ends on Oct 26, lasting 210 days.

Hohhot Baita International Airport plans to operate 152 flights during this period, an increase of 15 flights over the year before.

The airport offers flights to nine international cities and 74 domestic cities, with 70 of them being direct flights.

It also plans to reintroduce its flights to Hong Kong and Moscow for the summer peak.

According to the airport, 38 airlines will provide flight services during the summer season. 

In response to passenger demands, the airport is introducing transport services for passengers and opening special security channels to increase efficiency.
