Shatoujiao Port

Shatoujiao Port is an auxiliary passenger and cargo comprehensive port serving Yantian, Longgang and the eastern part of the Pearl River Delta. It opened to the public in March 1985 and began to use the new port cross-border bridge on Jan 28, 2005.

The management area of Shatoujiao Port covers about 42,000 square meters, including 5,700 square meters for inbound and outbound passengers and 36,000 square meters for inbound and outbound cargo inspection. There are 10 inspection channels for entry and exit vehicles, and 22 inspection channels for entry and exit passengers.

The port has a daily transit capacity of 1,500 passengers and 1,500 vehicles.
