Hainan introduces pure-electric double-deck sightseeing bus

The first 15 pure-electric double-deck sightseeing buses of Hainan province started trial operation in Haikou on March 26.
The buses run from Xinhai Harbor to Bell Tower, with 10 stops in total passing nine major scenic spots in Haikou. The whole route is 43.6 kilometers and takes 70 minutes.
With a ticket price of 20 yuan ($2.98), passengers can get on or off the buses an unlimited amount of times within a 24 hour period.
