Little Lamb brand partners up with Inner Mongolian uni

Leading Inner Mongolian hot pot brand Little Lamb is partnering up with the Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics in enterprise employment and vocational training, following an agreement signed on March 26, according to the Baotou Daily.

Established in 2002 in the city of Baotou, in the northern Chinese autonomous region,  Little Lamb is a booming food catering and restaurant business that specializes in hot pot and condiments production and mutton processing.

It has become a fully vertically integrated supply chain agriculture and animal husbandry company that integrates breeding, animal husbandry, food processing, a restaurant chain, cold chain logistics, big data for agriculture and animal husbandry, feed technology and e-commerce.

Little Lamb is an international restaurant chain, with more than 500 outlets globally, with 28 in overseas countries including the United States, Japan, and Canada.

The Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics is the highest institution in its educational field in the autonomous region. After 59 years of development, the school has become the premier educational center for professional and technical personnel in finance and economics.
