New air route links Harbin to Mohe, Shantou

China Eastern Airlines will launch a new flight connecting Harbin to Mohe in northeastern Heilongjiang province and Shantou in southern Guangdong province, starting April 1.

The Mohe-Harbin-Shantou route will be served by Boeing 737 and will operate Mondays and Fridays.

The flight departs Shantou at 6:50 hrs and arrives at Harbin Taiping International Airport at 10:40; after one-hour layover in Harbin, it arrives in Mohe at 13:35. The return flight departs Mohe at 14:30 and arrives in Harbin at 16:05; and arrives in Shantou at 21:15.

Currently, preferential prices of around 300 yuan ($44.72) for a single journey are being offered for the Mohe-Harbin-Shantou flight.
