Taiyuan Taohuagou Scenic Area

Taiyuan Taohuagou Scenic Area, a national 3A-grade scenic spot, is renowned for its peach blossoms in the spring time. The best time for observing the peach flowers is about 40 days between March and April. Due to the low temperature in the mountain areas, the peach flowers here come out later than those in urban areas. Standing on top of the mountain, the pink and white blossoms provide visitors a poetic and picturesque view of idyllic scenery.
