Harbin Charter mall opens second phase

The second half of a Harbin shopping mall was opened on March 21, providing a hot new shopping destination stocked with top-name brands.

Harbin Charter Shopping Mall, located at the intersection of Shanghai Street and Anlong Street in Daoli district, comprises of tower A and the newly-opened tower B –– with one on each side of Shanghai Street. It is a commercial complex integrating shopping, leisure, dining and entertainment.

Tower B covers a floorage area of 170,000 square meters. It has attracted top international names like Alexander McQueen, BOTTEGA VENETA, Chanel, and Versace.

While the two towers are currently physically separate, an overpass to connect the two is planned in the future. Once that is completed, the shopping mall will cover an area of 290,000 sq m, with around 2,000 parking lots.
