We have been rooted in Guangzhou for 22 years and have witnessed Guangzhou's reform and opening up, said King Cheung, chairman of the board of Cedar Holdings.

Robert E. Moritz, chairman of the PricewaterhouseCoopers International Network, spoke at the session, saying that Guangzhou has done a great job in creating transport links. Last week, the PricewaterhouseCoopers International Network and China Development Research Foundation released the 2019 Chinese Cities of Opportunity list and Guangzhou ranked fourth, after Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.
He said that Guangzhou will continue playing a key role in the future, as the city has committed to a 10-year development plan.
