The special plane is equipped with an electric stretcher-lifting system, a complete ICU air rescue unit, and a power supply system for the entire medical cabin. The medical cabin is equipped with monitoring and analysis equipment such as oxygen supply systems and defibrillators, electrocardiographs, and ultrasonic flaw detectors, as well as special equipment such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) machines, baby incubators, and blood banks.
The plane will mainly provide medical transfer services for locals and expats in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area within a huge range of 7,000 kilometers. Relatives of critically ill patients can call 966120 to ask for transfer services, after which a medical crew will be sent to complete several procedures pertaining to illness evaluation before providing assistance in transferring the patient.

The medical charter transfer fee is relatively high, but a mechanism for sharing transshipment costs will be established through cooperation with insurance companies, allowing ordinary people to afford the special service, according to insiders.
