Huanglong Food Industry Co Ltd is a joint venture established by China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation (COFCO), and Guangnan (Holdings) Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong.

It is a large deep processing enterprise with corn as raw material and a key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in China and Jilin province. The company covers an area of 310,000 square meters with a construction area of 80,000 sq m, and has a staff of 1,400.

Founded in 1989 and put into production in 1992, Huanglong Food Industry Co Ltd attracted a total investment of $89.6 million. The company's annual corn processing has reached more than 650,000 tons, and its main products are edible corn starch, corn gluten feed, corn oil, corn salad oil, and starch sugar.
