A new cargo airline has been launched between the city of Shenzhen in southern China's Guangdong province, and Russia's Krasnoyarsk.
The route will be operated by Russia's AirBridgeCargo Airlines, and is scheduled three times per week. Meanwhile, the cargo flight from Shenzhen to Moscow that opened last year will increase to three times per week.
Shenzhen has now opened cargo airlines with 15 international cities and its cargo flights to Russia have risen to six flights per week.
Krasnoyarsk is an important city along the Belt and Road, which has a convenient transport network to Europe. Shenzhen is a technological powerhouse with a huge demand for cargo airlines.
The new flight will help Shenzhen and its neighbouring regions enhance trade cooperation with European countries and facilitate the transport of China's high-tech products to foreign markets.
