Natural resources department opens in Hohhot

Hohhot natural resource department was unveiled in the capital city of Inner Mongolia autonomous region on March 18.   

Vice-mayor Zhou Qiang said at the unveiling ceremony that the newly established department will promote the integration of planning and management of land resources, innovate the mechanisms of natural resources, and establish systems for the regulation.

He added that the department will make contributions to the high-quality growth of the city's economy.

Staff members of the natural resource department promised at the ceremony that they will strive to take the work on exploration and protection of natural resources to a new level.
