Boping Village

Boping village, which originated in the Southern and Northern Dynasties (420-581), enjoys an advantageous location and was always a must-visit spot for traveling merchants. The locals also engaged in business deals.

There are still many relics in the village which bear witness to the prosperous trade of ancient times, including the large quadrangle dwellings and the ancestral temple for the Liu family which was built in 1924. The main street, which is 4 meters wide and 200 meters long, which used to be an official road in ancient times, is also further proof of an active business life in the ancient village.
