8. Public service
There are nine policies related to public service given by the provincial government in order to facilitate the efficiency and quality of the service sector.
Specifically, Jilin plans to provide a "one-stop approval" platform, which will provide enterprises them a seamless experience to complete the whole governmental approval process in one place. Meanwhile, the province will also work towards offering better access for enterprises starting new businesses, with a target set to reduce the approval process to less than three days.
Push forward the popularization of e-licenses for business with the goal of eventually achieving pervasive application. Press ahead with the reform of handling government affairs through a digital network, and establish an integrated online government service platform for the province.
