Jilin enacts 100 policies to further open up

3. Preferential subsidies

There are 11 policies related to preferential subsidies provided for enterprises and industries in Jilin to further opening-up. 

Jilin will make full use of the existing fiscal policies and take advantage of the fiscal funds among the province, offering appropriate subsidies to the eligible domestic and foreign top 500 enterprises if they set up regional headquarters, R&D centers, technology centers, procurement centers, and settlement centers in Jilin province.

In regards to the tourism industry, the provincial government will offer special funds for key enterprises in the field of winter sports and relevant equipment manufacturing. Foreign capital are also encouraged to develop the winter sports and tourism industries, summer resorts, and leisure industry in Jilin province, as well as to participate in the operation and management of tourist attractions, travel agencies, and other tourism-related enterprises. For local enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to winter tourism, the government will also give them preferential subsidies too.
